Great Italian Food Trade
Great Italian Food Trade was a sustainable food start up with the objective of creating a international storefront for Italian food and agricultural products of excellence.
I came on board in the early stages of the project as the Sr. Content Strategy and Digital Product Manager, and was the direct link between the founder and all of the work that was carried out to launch the project's digital assets.
This was a far reaching role involving the initial definition of the site's information architecture, content requirements, UX, UI, as well as the overall content strategy for the assets that would fill the empty spaces.
The most challenging aspect of this project was that it launched in 8 languages, so I also headed the 10-member content localization team, ensuring that site content was flawless in English, Italian, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and Chinese.

The ongoing content strategy and calendar revolved around the 'Content Pizza', and was based on user personas, business requirements, as well as high-volume traffic opportunities to ensure adequate organic positions in SERPs.
